En effet, le GUOT qui est l'autorité de certification racine de l'Etat congolais, envisage de mettre en œuvre le Projet de Certification Electronique en République du Congo. Les discussions ont permis à l'équipe du GUOT d'en apprendre sur le modèle béninois de l’Infrastructure à clé public (PKI), mis en œuvre par l'ASIN.</p>"
